Looking Forward To A Fearless Summer Market Season

The future is filled with uncertainty but we are feeling hopeful! The lasting effects of the CoVid19 crisis have yet to reveal themselves. Retail and events are having to rethink everything… And no one’s really sure what day it is. Yet, summer is coming - Which means market season is too, just a little later than usual. How on earth will we recover from this extended time away?

Our strategy is to go back to our artist roots. To think bold, and outside of the box. Approach each challenge (and there’ll be plenty) as an opportunity. To experiment with new ideas and technology. Our old patterns of behavior had to stop with the pandemic… So let’s be fearless and take advantage of it!

We are committed to adapting our expert visual communication to the changing commercial landscape. Our audience will still crave interaction with installations that are inspiring and beautiful, even if social distancing protocols are still in place. Perhaps a display is even more enjoyable if a fabulous mask-donned selfie is the result? We have so many ideas we’d love to bring to life! We’re using this time to brainstorm and reassess our most inspired archives so we’ll be ready to apply them IRL!

Ramping up sales is an important goal of any coming season. On the visual merchandising landscape, we’re well aware of the current growth of e-commerce: So we’re working hard in the studio developing photo sets and techniques that use beautiful, natural image making to highlight the best home, beauty and gift products. We know (as you know) that seeing a product in person is the best way to speak to its buyer! So we’re moving forward to design and plan fixtures and product displays that inform buyers clearly while giving them a safe area of space to shop.

We’re embracing the possibility that something new and exciting will emerge out of all this hardship. It’s going to take hard work, but that’s nothing new. It’s also going to take letting go of the fear and creating change.

We’d love to hear about your plans and how we can help!
