A. We believe there is no better time to make a meaningful connection with your customers than the Holidays and I don’t think we’re alone in that sentiment! Holiday Window Displays
Some of MNK Studio Art’s most enduring holiday creations have been our window displays. We’ve made award winning displays for Anthropologie’s iconic Rockefeller Center flagship, sparkling, shop-able installations at the LA Phil and most recently, tinsel soaked enchanted forest we created for the luxury boutique, Monique L’hullier! It’s our mission to treat each project like a work of art.

With over 20 years of creating enchanting Holiday window displays, MNK Studio Art is proud to have played a vital role in keeping the annual tradition alive while also evolving it in new and exciting ways. At the LA Phil in the Walt Disney Concert Hall, we are so fortunate working in this prime location to share the celebration of the season with music. The store sells beautiful and unique gifts that we incorporate among the twinkle lights and displays.

Custom Sets for Photo and Video for Holiday Campaigns
MNK Studio Art is thrilled when we have the chance to collaborate with creative directors on a new Holiday campaign.
One recent project was the Holiday Roundtable to celebrate the collaboration between Sprite and Playmaker. Starring sports stars Natisha Hiedeman (WNBA), Courtney Williams (WNBA), Shilo Sanders (NFL), and Ralph Barbosa; the set was an irreverent and kitschy take on the traditional Holiday tablescape with all of the classic holiday trimmings for candid discussions between these sports celebrities around traditions and togetherness around the holidays.

We also had an absolute blast working with our long time partner IPSY to create their Glam Bag campaign featuring two-time Olympian Johnny Weir. We went OVER THE TOP with a custom fabricated “sweet shop” set, a campy ornament tree, and energetic product styling. It was a joyful experience on set and for all viewers.

Experiential Activations and Immersive Installations for Holiday Events
Dior Beauty, J'Adore Holiday, San Vicente Bungalows, Los Angeles 2021
MNK Studio Art’s Holiday photo wall for Dior Beauty’s J'Adore holiday event was a standout in terms of elegance and sophistication. Hundreds of custom fabricated paper flowers and leaves in shiny gold and Dior’s signature blue, were layered to create a magical backdrop for celebrities such as Alexandra Daddario, Sydney Sweeney, and Nesta Cooper. The photos taken in front of our installation became a magical way to commemorate the brunch. City of Manhattan Beach, CA, Santa Float 2027
Last, we share one of our most coveted special projects to date: MNK Studio Art designed and fabricated the custom Holiday float for the City of Manhattan Beach, CA! Commissioned by Leadership Manhattan Beach, the float was designed to mimic the town’s iconic architecture and beach culture - complete with beach lounge chairs as seating for the sleigh, coastal shiplap, a working “gaslamp” and a surfboard line up photo backdrop. Completed in 2017, the float still tours each Holiday season, offering visitors a chance to snap a selfie with Santa.
